In 1977 we
bought a Coronado 25 sloop. It slept
five and had a galley and head. It was
also in a Santa Barbara slip. After a
few trips to the islands, we learned that
our sailing interest was with class racing,
not with cruising, so we sold the Coronado,
but of course kept Niord.
This photo was
taken during an SBSC cruise to Channel
Islands Harbor. The return was around
Anacapa Island. The staysail is a
Victory jib. Karen is sitting at the
bow.
