Pacific Electric Railway 1947-49

Looking northerly.  The Venice Short Line route went from Santa Monica southerly along a private right-of-way parallel with and a short distance from the beach.  These wooden cars are going to Santa Monica. 
I recall seeing more of these type of cars than Hollywood type cars on this line.
